Hey LDPs!
On behalf of the LDP Team I want to welcome you to the official LDP 2013
blog. During your two weeks at LDP life was easy. You had multiple
hours every day focused solely on God. As you have probably found out by
now life away from camp is very different and can be incredibly hard.
Old temptations, habits and sins were waiting for you when you arrived.
For some of you this was exciting as it gave you the opportunity to see
how you have grown and gave God a chance to show His strength. For
others you quickly found yourself on your way back down and gasping for
air.
As your leaders we understand that life is tough - we're living it too!
It's for that reason why we wanted to start up this blog. The goal of
this blog is to not only stay in touch with all of you but to also
continue to add "weekly fuel to your spiritual fire." The goal is to be
posting weekly thoughts, insights or happenings from our lives to
hopefully help motivate all of you to keep on keepin' on.
Feel free to leave us a comment or a question or let us know the stuff
that you are dealing with so we can help cover those topics!
